Yushima Seido is a shrine dedicated
to Confucius. It is only a 10-minute walk from Akihabara. You
can relax in the serene setting. Yushima seems to have been
carved out of a hillside jungle. 20 - 40 feet tall walls surround
it. You would not think you are right next to a busy metropolis.
There is not much to see here, but the small pathways cutout
of the forest hillside is a nice break from busy Akihabara.
It is well worth the short walk. |
